Pirate Shop Access turns eligible Item Shop cosmetics into free claims for 14 days from the moment you activate it. You get two activations from one find: one in 2026 and one in 2027. Claimed cosmetics stay in your locker after the window closes.
How to activate it
- Return to the Fortnite lobby after finding the token.
- Open the Item Shop.
- Select Plunder the Item Shop in the bottom-right corner.
- Choose Activate Now on the activation screen.
- Claim eligible cosmetics while the 14 days run.
What is included and what is excluded

The inclusion rule is about how an item is sold, not about what it looks like. A cosmetic sold for V-Bucks in the Item Shop during your window is the case the description covers. A pack sold for cash is not.
The window is 14 days, not 14 shop rotations
The Item Shop rotates daily. Your access does not extend when the shop changes, and a rotation does not reset the clock. If an item leaves the shop before you claim it, the access cannot bring it back. That is why the planner compares your wishlist against the days your window is actually open.
expiry = activation instant + 14 × 24 hours
The planner uses 336 elapsed hours. A daylight-saving change moves the local clock reading of the expiry, never the elapsed length.
What the reporting does not settle
- Whether the window ends at the exact activation minute or at the next shop reset.
- The exact cutoff time and time zone of the 15 December 2026 deadline.
- Whether the activation menu stays open after the 5 December 2026 season event.
- How bundle eligibility is evaluated item by item.
